Hello! we are Alberto and Norberto, fine art documentarians and the creative partnership behind Flowingcolor Wedding photography. We approach our photography as visual storytellers and strive to create honest, emotional, bold and beautiful photo stories that capture the real, genuine memories from your wedding day. We shoot mostly in a photo-journalistic style and throughout the day are constantly on the lookout for those magic little moments that encapsulate the tone of the celebrations and the true personalities of the Bride and Groom. We like to capture natural imagery as it happens without interfering in the days events: documenting without directing.

What equipment do you use?

We use the best Canon, Nikon, and Sony Full-frame cameras and lenses that money can buy and always bring backup equipment.

What do you wear?

We try out best to blend in but not look like we’re attending a funeral. Mostly black and darker clothes.

Do you charge for travel or multiple locations?

Every wedding day is unique and some have more locations than others. If our travel time exceeds 1h (one way) there will be an additional 1h charge per hour. Events in NYC incur the same 1h charge to cover my travel/parking. I will let you know ahead of time if there are any Travel charges. (We’ll let you know prior to booking)

How many pictures do you take?

We never count! We just shoot because we're fully digital and there’s no limit on the amount of photos we take. On average you’ll receive 80-100 images per hour of shooting. We do snap more than that but we do you the favor of taking out the outtakes like blinks, test shots, duplicates and the like. All the images are edited for color, exposure, sharpness and white balance.
How do we book you and what's your payment plan?

To make sure that you’ve snagged me for your wedding date I require a $5,000 retainer and electronically sign the wedding contract. The balance is due 14 days before the wedding.

When will we get our pictures?

We're proud to have one of the fastest turn-around times in the wedding industry with proofs being ready 4-6 weeks after your wedding and the majority of my couples with their wedding album within 3 months. I’ve even been know to show a few sneak peak images before that 3-4 week mark too!

I don’t want to spend an hour taking family photos, do I have to?

Absolutely not. In fact, because of how efficiently we work on the day of, most family photo sessions on a wedding day are complete within 15-20 minutes.

Do you have liability insurance?

Absolutely and we’ll be happy to provide your venue with a proof of coverage.
